“Start seeds indoors, 6 to 8 weeks before frost. When transplanting, clip green growth to 3 in. and plant 2 inches deep.”
Our Take:
We have had little success with onions so far. Only attempting them a few years. Sometimes from seed, or sets. This pack of seeds is currently 11 years old. Stored in a dry place I am hopeful that something grows but if no worries if they don’t. This year we will be trying sets, and starts as well as seeds.
